Lionel studied law at the Faculty of Law in Nice. He obtained a diploma in advanced studies in private law with honours. Lionel was the top student for his year at university. Lionel then joined the South East Law School, the Bar of Draguignan in 1998 and completed his training in St Raphael at Hawadier Izard and partners Law firm. Lionel was "premier secrétaire de la conference du stage" (a prestigious award) and the following year, 2000, started up Alvarez & Arlabosse with his friend Renaud Arlabosse. Lionel Alvarez graduated in 2011 at the Faculty of Medicine of Lyon after a year of intensive study and he’s considered one of the best specialists in personal injury law in the South East of France. Lionel is now a member of the Bar in Toulon.

Renaud studied law in Bordeaux, Aix en Provence and Paris, at the Faculty of Law Panthéon Sorbonne, where he obtained a diploma in advanced studies in international private law and international trade law. Renaud was the top student for his intake year for 2 consecutive years. He then joined the South East Law School and graduated as a lawyer with honours. Once again Renaud was the top student. Renaud started Alvarez & Arlabosse with his friend Lionel in 2000. Renaud has been a member of the Council of the Bar Association of Draguignan for 6 years. There he has responsibility for the development of new technologies. After extensive training, Renaud Arlabosse can act as a mediator, or assist clients in complex negotiations, from strategy definition to implementation and concrete follow-up actions taken on proven techniques basis. Renaud speaks fluent English. In his spare time Renaud enjoys sailing and rowing especially in competition.

Céline CASTINETTI joined ALVAREZ & ARLABOSSE in 2017 after working for 10 years in an important law firm in Draguignan. She's now a partner. She obtained a Master degree in Business and Banking Law delivered by the Faculty of Law of TOULON. Céline CASTINETTI is particularly in charge of our debt recovery department and she's competent in employment law.

Rita Ferro completed her law studies at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis where she obtained a diploma in advanced studies in international private law and international public law.  She then joined the South East Law School. It was there that she met her husband Renaud. Rita worked for Alvarez & Arlabosse for a while before starting a family but has continued the association with the practice and although she is a sole practitioner she will often be seen in the law courts of Southern France working for Alvarez & Arlabosse. Rita Ferro is a member of the Association of Practitioners in Family Law, an area in which she specialises. Rita Ferro speaks English and is fluent in Italian.

Sara RADAELLI completed her law studies at the University of Statale in Milano (Italy) and at the University of Nice where she graduated in business law. Sara did her training at ALVAREZ & ARLABOSSE during her studies and is now a permanent associate lawyer. As an Italian, Sara’s is bilingual in French and Italian, and speaks fluent English.

Amina BENLEBNA a effectué ses études au sein de la Faculté de Droit de TOULON où elle a obtenu un Master II en Droit processuel. Parallèlement elle a effectué un service civique volontaire et de nombreuses missions en milieu associatif. Elle intervient notamment sur le thème de la responsabilité des dirigeants associatifs bénévoles dans le cadre de formation à destination d’étudiants. Elle est entrée au Centre de Formation des Barreaux du Sud-Est en 2013 et a prêté serment en 2015. Au barreau de DRAGUIGNAN elle a collaboré auprès plusieurs cabinets. Ces expériences lui ont permis d’avoir une approche pluridisciplinaire du contentieux judiciaire.

Maître Benoit-Guillaume MAURIZI, a étudié la finance et la gestion de 2005 à 2008 et a obtenu les DPECF et DCG. Il a ensuite fait des études de droit à la faculté de Nice où il a obtenu un Master II de Droit privé et de science criminelle. Parralèlement, il a suivi avec succès une formation de Gestion des conflits proposée par HEC MONTRÉAL.

Maître Tony MARGUERY is a graduate of Aix en Provence Law Faculty. He started working as a lawyer in Draguignan in 1998. He holds a master’s degree in European Union law and a PhD in European Criminal Law from Groningen University (The Netherlands). He teaches Union Law at Utrecht University in the Netherlands since 2008. He is an expert in European Union criminal law and fundamental rights and freedoms. He is the author of numerous publications in English, Dutch and French, languages ​​he speaks fluently. Maître Tony Marguery advises the European Commission and assists numerous national and European bodies. He also speaks at international conferences. As an international lawyer well versed in different legal cultures, Maître Tony Marguery will help you face any difficulties you may encounter in your personal life or in your business, both nationally and internationally.

Anthony KIERNAN is a solicitor, member of the Law Society of England and Wales for over 20 years. He is a specialist in family law and is now well known in the South of France as specialist in Anglo French family issues. Anthony KIERNAN runs a niche practice operating in London at Jacobs Allen Hammond, and has received permission from the French Legal Authorities to practice from a second office in the heart of the South East of France in Fréjus (between Cannes and St Tropez ) which opened as of 1st October 2007. Since opening his office, Anthony formed a good working relationship with Lionel ALVAREZ and Renaud ARLABOSSE. Although not a member of ALVAREZ & ARLABOSS law firm, Anthony is a permanent associate lawyer.    

Camille Marlier a effectué ses études à la faculté de droit de Toulon puis au sein de l’Institut de Droit des Affaires d’Aix-en-Provence où elle a obtenu un Master II en droit des affaires Internationales. Elle a ensuite intégré une école de commerce parisienne avant de prêter serment en 2014 au barreau d’Aix-en-Provence. Camille a développé ses compétences en droit fiscal aux côtés de fiscalistes confirmés du barreau d’Aix-en-Provence et de Marseille. Désormais titulaire du certificat de spécialisation en droit fiscal délivré par le Conseil National des Barreaux, elle est inscrite au barreau de Toulon, où elle a ouvert son cabinet et collabore de manière privilégiée avec la Selarl Alvarez et Arlabosse sur les questions fiscales.

Danielle Provost joined Alvarez & Arlabosse in 2007 having previously worked as an assistant in the construction sector. Danielle Provost  has a number of responsibilities but she is specifically  for diary management and client funds management for the entire team.

Beatrice has more than 20 years experience in law firms.  She's a senior law clerk at Alvarez & Arlabosse. She is a valued member of the team.

Emilie LONCKE joined us in 2015 after having spent part ofher career in luxury and prestigious hotels in the South of France. Emilie is in charge of the reception of our clients, the management of the organizer and the hearings, and animation of our website. She speaks fluent English.
